National Diversity and Inclusion Awards 2025

The National Diversity and Inclusion Awards in Ireland celebrate excellence in diversity and inclusion across various sectors.

These awards aim to recognise and celebrate organisations and individuals who have made significant strides in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

The 2025 awards ceremony was held on February 7th at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road in Dublin. The awards covered multiple categories, highlighting different aspects of diversity and inclusion, such as advancing disability equality, outstanding employee resource groups, and public sector organisation of the year among others.

Notable Winners and Finalists:

  • 2025 Winners: SOLAS (the Further Education and Training Authority in Ireland) won the Public Sector Organisation of the Year, and Gay O'Connor from SOLAS was recognised as Employee of the Year for 2025.

  • Previous Winners: Past winners include the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (2024 winner) and Cpl (2023 winner) for their comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies.

The awards not only honour achievements but also serve as a platform for sharing best practices, inspiring other organisations, and fostering a culture of inclusivity in Ireland.
